Technical call
One technical call to confirm scope, constraints and timeline. An initial technical discussion normally requires no confidential information. An NDA can be signed before detailed documentation or source code is shared.
Written proposal
Scope, deliverables, duration and price. The engagement can be a fixed-price assessment, implementation project or retainer.
